Meet Marc
the hands that carry your companions home
Marc is the co-owner of Bridge To Heaven Pet Crematorium and the quiet strength working behind the scenes.
He is the one who gently guides your beloved pets through their final journey — carefully handling each cremation with dignity, care, and deep respect. Marc also prepares their ashes and places them into the urn you’ve chosen, treating every pet as if they were his own.
While he occasionally assists with collections, Marc’s main role is ensuring that every farewell is handled with the love and honour your companion deserves.
He may be the last one to see them, but he makes sure they leave this world surrounded by love and care.
Meet Robyn
the heart and voice behind Bridge To Heaven
Robyn will likely be the first voice you hear when you call us, offering a warm and understanding presence during some of the hardest moments a family can face.
We hope you never have to, but you will meet Robyn when she comes to collect your pet, always with genuine care and gentleness. She has an endless love for all animals, big and small. Her compassion, patience, and dedication are at the heart of everything we do.
We know that when you’re grieving, kindness matters more than anything — and that’s exactly what you’ll feel when Robyn picks up the phone.
Meet Reearna
supporting you from behind the scenes
Reearna is the executive assistant of Bridge To Heaven Pet Crematorium and the daughter of the owners, Robyn and Marc.
You probably won’t see me much, as I mostly work behind the scenes handling admin. But if you ever do need to speak with me, please know you’ll be talking to someone who truly understands what you’re going through — the love, the grief, and the deep bond you shared with your fur baby.
I wish your companions long, healthy, happy lives… and we hope we don’t meet anytime soon.
